PROCESSING TIME

Your order begins processing as soon as it is placed, and a tracking number will be sent by the Shipping Confirmation email within a period of 1 - 2 working days since the order is placed. 

SHIPPING TIME

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Orders are shipped by our partners and will usually reach you via your local postal service at your shipping destination.

We usually deliver orders during local business hours (i.e. Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm).

If you are not at shipping destination when delivery, your order will be left in your postbox if it is small enough. In case the postal service does not have access to your postbox, it will usually be left at your local post office for you to pick up. Moreover, they will also leave a note in order to make you aware of the package and pickup location.

We are NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing any claims with their local post office.

We are not able to accommodate order changes or shipping address modifications once the order is confirmed.  

We always guarantee the delivery of your order. However, in promotions and special offers it might be delayed due to overwhelming demand for our products.

Our policy lasts 30 calendar days. If 30 calendar days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We are not able to accommodate order changes once the order is confirmed. You will have to wait until the order is delivered to do a change or refund.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item/s must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

From 15 calendar days on, we are unfortunately unable to provide a refund for shipping costs. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and you must return your order to the address on your package. When we have proof of returned shipment, we will issue you a refund or resend the exchanged product right away.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once the refund is received and accepted, then the refund of the entire amount of the products returned will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 calendar days.
